IMM buys Newspoint

On 4 January 2024, Newspoint and the Institute of Media Monitoring (IMM) signed an agreement under which IMM acquired 100% shares in Newspoint. Thanks to the exchange of experience between the two companies, we will be able to better develop our offer and thus meet expectations of our Clients even more effectively.
The development of technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), is also important these days. We are confident that by joining forces, we will meet the new challenges. It is worth noting that IMM is already experienced in implementing the AI-based technologies. IMM is also in the process of developing another EU- funded development projects with a budget exceeding PLN 6 million. This project will primarily benefit all Clients of the IMM group.
The Institute of Media Monitoring has already proven itself in acquiring and developing companies. A good example of this is the acquisition of the Romanian company mediaTRUST in 2008. Since then, mediaTRUST has boosted its sales 12-fold and has become the largest Romanian company in the industry with over 50% market share. Combining the potential of IMM, Newspoint and mediaTRUST will certainly allow the IMM Group to improve quality faster and develop its portfolio of products for public relations and marketing industry.
